Provider, acceptance, and authority
Argus is provided by Stacked Strategies. By authorizing or using Argus, you confirm that you are permitted to act for the business and advertising assets you connect. Use may also be governed by a separate written services agreement with Stacked Strategies; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Service
Argus supports human-governed advertising operations, including campaign planning, creative preparation, draft campaign and ad set configuration, proposed budgets and schedules, monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Available functions depend on platform permissions, account status, and the scope approved by the client.
Draft-only control and human publication
Argus and its connected agents may plan, prepare, duplicate, revise, and stage proposed advertising operations, but they are not authorized to publish, activate, or make live changes in Meta. Every new campaign, ad set, ad, creative change, budget change, and schedule remains a draft until an authorized human reviews it.
The authorized human operator controls final publication through Meta and is responsible for confirming strategy, claims, offers, targeting, budget, schedule, destination links, and policy compliance before anything becomes live.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate instructions and materials, maintain lawful rights to their brands and creative assets, keep their Meta business assets in good standing, and promptly remove access that is no longer authorized. Clients must not provide passwords or access tokens through ordinary prompts, creative files, or email.
Acceptable use
You must not use Argus to:
- access assets you do not own or have permission to manage;
- evade platform review, enforcement, spending limits, approval gates, or security controls;
- prepare or publish deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, infringing, or prohibited content;
- combine or reuse one client's Platform Data for another client;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its credentials.
Platform terms and availability
Advertising activity remains subject to Meta's and other applicable platforms' terms, policies, reviews, account status, spending controls, and technical limits. Access may be interrupted, restricted, or revoked outside Argus's control. Stacked Strategies does not guarantee approval, delivery volume, advertising performance, conversion rate, or any particular business outcome.
Confidentiality and data
Each party must protect non-public information received through the engagement. Information processed through Argus is governed by the Privacy Policy. Stacked Strategies does not sell Meta Platform Data or use one client's data to operate another client's account.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated to protect accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, address nonpayment under an applicable agreement, or stop misuse. On termination, connected access should be revoked. Retained information will be handled under the Privacy Policy and any controlling services agreement.

Stacked Strategies may update these terms when the service, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
