01

Acceptance and authority

By authorizing or using Argus, you confirm that you are permitted to act for the business and advertising assets you connect. Use may also be governed by a separate services agreement with Stacked Strategies; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

02

Service

Argus supports human-governed advertising operations, which may include campaign planning, creative preparation, campaign and ad set configuration, publishing, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. Available functions depend on platform permissions, account status, and the scope approved by the client.

03

Human oversight

Argus is designed to operate within instructions, budgets, asset assignments, and review controls set by authorized people. The client remains responsible for approving strategy, claims, offers, budgets, targeting constraints, and material publishing decisions required by its agreement or applicable law.

04

Acceptable use

You must not use Argus to:

  • access assets you do not own or have permission to manage;
  • evade platform review, enforcement, spending limits, or security controls;
  • publish deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, infringing, or prohibited content;
  • probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its credentials.
05

Platform terms and availability

Advertising activity remains subject to Meta's and other applicable platforms' terms, policies, reviews, and technical limits. Platform access may be interrupted, restricted, or revoked outside Argus's control. No particular delivery volume, approval result, conversion rate, or business outcome is guaranteed.

06

Confidentiality and data

Each party must protect non-public information received through the engagement. Processing of information through Argus is described in the Privacy Policy. Clients should not provide credentials or sensitive information unless the approved workflow specifically requires it.

07

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated to protect accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, address nonpayment under an applicable agreement, or stop misuse. On termination, connected access should be revoked and retained information will be handled under the Privacy Policy and any controlling services agreement.
