Provider and scope
Argus is a private, human-governed advertising operations service provided by Stacked Strategies. It supports businesses that have authorized Stacked Strategies to work with their advertising accounts and related business assets.
This policy applies to information processed through the Argus website, workspace, authorized agent connections, and approved platform integrations. It does not replace the privacy policies of Meta or any other platform a client chooses to use.
Information we process
Depending on the access a client grants, Argus may process:
- business portfolio, ad account, Page, and connected Instagram account identifiers;
- campaign, ad set, ad, creative, audience, budget, delivery, and performance information;
- creative files, landing-page links, offers, and advertising copy supplied for the engagement;
- instructions, approvals, draft schedules, audit history, and security records; and
- business contact information needed to administer the client relationship.
Argus does not request personal Facebook passwords. Meta access must be granted through Meta's official authorization and business asset controls.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare and review advertising drafts, organize creative variants, stage proposed budgets and schedules, monitor ads after an authorized human publishes them, provide reports and recommendations, maintain security, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations.
Argus does not have authority to publish or activate advertising. Every campaign, ad set, ad, creative change, budget change, and schedule prepared through Argus remains a draft until an authorized human reviews it and publishes through Meta.
No sale or cross-client use
Stacked Strategies does not sell Meta Platform Data, use one client's data to operate another client's account, or use client advertising data to build unrelated consumer profiles. Access is limited to the client engagement and the business assets that client has authorized.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with the client that owns or authorizes the relevant assets, personnel and contractors working under Stacked Strategies' direction, and hosting, database, authentication, security, file-storage, and AI service providers needed to deliver the service. These providers process information only to support the authorized service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect accounts, rights, and security.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the authorized advertising engagement, security and audit requirements, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Stacked Strategies uses role-based access, separate agent credentials, business asset assignments, draft-only controls, and audit records to limit access. Credentials and access tokens are treated as secrets and are not intentionally exposed in public pages, client-side code, or creative files.
Client controls and requests
Business administrators can change or revoke Argus's access through Meta Business Settings. Revoking access prevents future collection from those assets but does not automatically remove records already retained for legitimate engagement, security, or legal purposes.
Requests to access, correct, or delete information can be sent to jacob@stackedstrategies.com. Detailed instructions are available on the Data Deletion page.
Contact and changes
Privacy questions may be sent to jacob@stackedstrategies.com. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment information, or sensitive creative files by email.
This policy may be updated when the service, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the applicable client support channel.
